I mentioned this on Newsnation as it requires vetting. Does anyone have a screenshot, etc. that it was actually posted this morning with the first file dump? As noted below- strong chance it's a hoax, but first it's important to verify it was actually in the dump and why?
1) The document below has been posted by many X accounts today. I have not seen it before, but there are several highly incongruent elements that indicate forgery. VADM P.F. Carter did not become director of the Joint Staff until July 1, 1985, but the memo is dated May 28, 1985.
